Another month of incredible barbecue, another month of hearing Prairie Fresh teams called to the stage. We're proud to recognize the pitmasters and teams whose hard work, dedication, and championship-caliber cooking earned them a place on this month's Honor Roll.

As we look ahead to the American Royal World Series of Barbecue®, competitors will once again have the opportunity to earn extra prize money in the rib category, with Prairie Fresh making matching donations on behalf of qualifying winners to the American Royal Association, The Henry Perry Foundation, and Operation BBQ Relief.
