Some bars open. Others finally find where they belong.
For years, Robby Ritter (Robby Ritter ) of Bar Not Found has been building his version of hospitality without needing a permanent address.
From countless pop-ups, brand collaborations and events, to Night Swim — the 22-week residency at Moxy South Beach with Drinkable’s Mitchel Bauer — and later Golden Bot, his mobile Airstream bar.
Different spaces. Same philosophy.
Now, Robby has finally found a permanent home.
LOVECAT is moody, sexy and a little strange in exactly the right ways. But what makes it special is the ecosystem he’s built inside it — an eclectic team of talented bartenders who understand precision without making a performance out of it.
The drinks are incredible. The martinis might be the coldest in Miami. One Martini has an anchovy vermouth and the second has cacao and orange blossom🍸There is even a Ramos Fizz with greek yogurt and honey on the menu.
But beyond the incredible, the guest is always the focus.
There’s no look how cool we are ego energy. They just do it well. They show up, take care of people and make you want to stay for another.
After years of building bars wherever the opportunity took him, Ritter finally has four walls to call his own.
Bar Not Found has been found.
