🥩 Homemade Beef Jerky — TWO Ways!

Greg is back in the kitchen, and this time he's making beef jerky from scratch!

We couldn't decide on just one Key West Spice Company flavor, so we made TWO:

🌴 Captain's Blend — generously seasoned before going into the dehydrator

🔥 Dockside Caribbean Rum BBQ Sauce — sauced up for a completely different take on homemade jerky

Greg takes you through the process from beginning to end, including the long wait while the dehydrator does its work. And, of course, the most important part — the taste test!

It doesn't get much fresher than this!

After a successful day on the water, Greg brought home fresh Florida Spiny Lobster and prepared one of our favorite meals using Key West Spice Company's Captain's Blend Seasoning.

Simple ingredients. Fresh-caught lobster. Incredible flavor.
