✨ WHEN DREAMS OPEN THEIR DOORS ✨

Last Thursday and Friday, I had the absolute pleasure of being part of a very special celebration in Coral Gables: the opening of The Seventeen Gables Sales Gallery, at 120 Aragón Avenue. 🏡✨

For me, it was so much more than simply attending an event. It was an honor to support my dear friend and sister at heart, and her incredible team, as they begin an exciting new chapter filled with vision, elegance, and beautiful dreams. ❤️

Through Judith’s Market, I was thrilled to bring my own touch to the culinary experience. 🐝🍯

We served a beautiful selection of cheeses, charcuterie, and our signature local honey, along with an assortment of delicious bites created especially for these special days:

☕ Coffee & croissants
🍰 Desserts
🥚 Egg creations
🥟 Beef empanadas
🥪 Tea sandwiches
🧀 Cheese & prosciutto rolls
✨ And many other delicious bites, all prepared with love.

Because to me, welcoming people around a table has always been about more than food. It’s about creating moments, bringing people together, sharing, connecting, and celebrating.

Today, I celebrate the Fourth of July with a heart full of gratitude—a day that represents freedom, hope, and opportunity.

I am deeply grateful to live in this wonderful country that welcomed me with open arms, gave me the opportunity to dream, grow, and build a new path. The United States has taught me that with faith, perseverance, and determination, dreams truly can come true.

Today, I celebrate not only the history of this great nation but also the privilege of calling it my home.
