Bill Bowen and “Shamus” won the Open on Saturday with a 73 earning over $500 for owner Suzette Hahn.

💫Trix R For Kids💫
Bill Bowen and “Trixie” won the Novice Open Level 1&2 both days, marking a 73 on Sunday. They also tied for 2nd in the Open on Saturday, earning $1,500 for owner Carol Gruden.

💫Gotta Silver Gun💫
Bill Bowen and “Blu” won the Open on Friday and tied for 2nd in the Open on Saturday earning over $500 for owner
Darlene Deptula-Hicks.

Riley Brown and “Louise” placed 2nd in the Ltd Open and Rookie Pro on Friday and won the Rookie Pro on Saturday for owner Denise Santagata. Denise also had some great rides with her mare in the Nonpro.

“Blu” is a barn favorite and easy to be around. He’s the horse that everyone asks about when they see him riding around the arena. Blu can be competitive for your open rider and teach your beginner rider.
He has more whoa than go and is honest in the show pen.
Blu is the 2025 EPRHA Reining Thunder Primetime NonPro Affiliate Champion, and most recently marked a 72 in both slates of the Open at the EPRHA Spring Dream.
We would love for this horse to stay in our program!
Blu does require some maintenance - as they all do.
