Grab some of these gorgeous beauties while you can! They make excellent snacks, and lunchbox treats!

We'll be stocking numerous varieties from Nemeth Greenhouse & Farm at our "Farm Fresh Friday" this week! We'll have pecks ($30), half pecks ($20), and quarts ($8). But get there early, as the specialty produce tends to sell fast!

Varieties could include: Blazing Star, Glowing Star, Coral Star, All Star, Autumn Star-- there are so many coming in!

📸ATTENTION PHOTOGRAPHERS!📸

Are you looking for a place with a beautiful backdrop for a Fall photo session? If so, Wasem Orchard is the place to be! We have picturesque fruit trees, a pumpkin patch, fields, and berry bushes, all providing some great backdrops!

For a fee of just $50, amateur and professional photographers are welcome at Wasem Orchard. The fee allows you to stay for as long as you would like, during business hours, which are 9 am- 6 pm, Wednesday-Sunday, from September 10th through October 30th.

⭐️SPECIAL EXTENDED HOURS FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS:

Peak season for apples is at the end of September and the beginning of October, and provides the best opportunity for beautiful autumnal pictures.

Understanding that evening sunlight is often better than the bright light of midday, Wasem Orchard will remain open after business hours, until 7pm, for photographers who book in advance, on: Saturday, Sept. 26th; Sunday, Sept. 27th; Saturday, Oct. 3rd; and Sunday, Oct. 4th.

📚TEACHERS- Book your field trip before Sept 10th to lock in 2025 prices!

Are you a teacher looking to schedule a school tour for your class? Or maybe your homeschooling group wants to go on a field trip? Our farm runs specialized tours for school-aged kids!

In mid-September through the end of October, Wasem Orchard offers weekday apple tours. These tours, led by our fun-loving, knowledgeable staff members, are a great educational experience! Students will learn about the farm, growing and raising apples, picking apples, and other fun apple facts.

Each tour includes:
• Taste testing of three varieties of apples
• A visit to the walk-in refrigerator
• A view of apples being sorted on our apple grader, or a view of cider being made
• A snack time consisting of a yummy donut and a cup of cider
• A trip to the orchard where students get first-hand experience picking apples

In October we offer U-pick pumpkins. Students will be able to pick a pumpkin from our pumpkin patch for an additional fee.

All tours take place between 9 am and 5 pm (W, Th, F), and must be scheduled in advance by filling out our reservation request form. Just click on the link below.

➡️Why don't you have cider yet?

We use four different kinds of apples (two sweet, and two tart) in our cider blend. We have to wait until early/mid September for our first cider press, because that's when enough varieties are ripe enough to use. Our apple cider is unpasteurized, with no additives & preservatives, and some of the best tasting around!

💵Prices for cider this Fall are:
Pint- $3
Quart- $5
Half Gallon- $6
Gallon- $10

⭐️Fun fact! Did you know that it takes 36 apples to make a gallon of cider? And a bushel of apples will only make 3 gallons?
