It isn't often we have beef available so jump fast! 1/2 steer, roughly 350lbs, 4.50/lb hanging weight to the farm and customer picks their own cuts and pays for their own cutting fees at Bryan's Meat Cutting.

Jace closed the gap this winter!

He can now say he has been involved in every single part of getting our meat into people's hands!

Jace has helped us around the farm raising animals and has helped on our food truck selling our meat. But this winter he worked part time with Bryan's Meat Cutting and even got to be involved in the butchering process of our own animals!!
