A very long time ago I took a incubator Business Class with Brother Jon. He was building the Pound Cake Business (which I inherited) and me? Dog Biscuits (moved on from that) We met the Great Folks from The Old Mule Company. A family run business. I remember the whole family was involved, kids and all. A face of a Family Business and a Father . The Old Mule Company sauces and rubs are perfect for local meats in the Mill Spring Farm Store freezer and the Basil Bash is perfect for any vegetables like Root & Earth mushrooms. Give Dad something that he will have fun with-or buy it up and you do the cooking!

If you are older (like me) you will remember that Bacon Grease Can that was in the kitchen. The bacon grease was used to flavor beans, potatoes, cornbread: it's a miracle we lived through that, Are you looking for a healthier choice oil? We have ghee, seed oils, avocado oil and even beef tallow. Don't forget...nothing better than a summer BLT and Reda has beautiful summer tomatoes and Local Bacon It's not Essential to save the grease.
