The chickens are up and working hard just like Reda Harvey at the Mill Spring Farm Store! It's Saturday and our hours are 10-3. What's better than Farm Fresh Eggs and an at home brunch, lunch or dinner? I love a good frittata..you can basically load up the pan and finish it in the oven-a crustless quiche. Or, I love a platefull that has a salad alongside too! How do you like your eggs? We have all it takes, eggs, local breakfast meats, local produce, breads, jams, jellies, Sandy Bee Mine Honey Company, Pisgah Coffee Roasters Asheville Tea Company and more.
