You know how crazy we are about Red B**r, being Irish and all...

So, we're SOOO excited to announce yet another Red B**r, this time a collab with our good friends and NE Minneapolis neighbors 56 Brewing !

Say Hello to Red Ranger, a Red IPA
6.7ABV and 53 IBU, and it's definitely a classic IPA

It’s based on our Red Chimney recipe, and as you will discover it’s a deliciously malty IPA balanced with old-school aromas and flavors with bold pine, grapefruit and orange zest flavors and finishes with a blast of dank citrus. YOWZA.

Stop by either taproom to experience a pint or two.

Trivia was back with a vengeance last night, after a "bye" week!

Thank James and Trivia Mafia for another fun & challenging evening! It was quite a show about Round 5 when everyone got to witness the arrival of 550 gallons of heritage apple juice that went right into the kettle and Dan began brewing it, mid-game! NOT BORING!

In addition to the delicious b**r, Pizzas, Pasties and Pretzels were flying out of Sam's kitchen and of course we need to mention that we have biggest NA selection of ANY brewery! Yep. It's a pretty fancy place.

But most importantly, it's definitely the BEST Thursday trivia game in town, and probably the most interesting if last night was any clue.

Are you missing out on the fun? Get in here.
