Women Mean Business Wednesday
This week, we’re highlighting a powerhouse business serving up more than just incredible food, meet The Egg Roll Ladies 💛
What started in 2020 as one woman selling egg rolls out of her car during the pandemic has grown into a thriving Des Moines favorite, rooted in culture, community, and purpose.
Founded by Trang Pham, a woman- and veteran-owned business leader, The Egg Roll Ladies brings bold, Asian-inspired flavors to the community, while making an even bigger impact beyond the kitchen.
From food truck pop-ups and catering across Central Iowa, this business was built on hard work, resilience, and a mission to bring people together through food.
💛 But what truly sets them apart?
Their purpose.
The Egg Roll Ladies began as a way to give back, raising funds and supporting single moms, veterans, and families in need, and they’ve never lost sight of that mission.
Every dish tells a story of family recipes, cultural pride, and the belief that food is a universal language that connects us all.
