A few friends started sending us screenshots of this review today, and honestly, we had no idea it had been posted. To say we were surprised would be an understatement.

As a small family-owned business, you spend a lot of time wondering if people enjoy what you're building. Then something like this pops up, shared by someone who simply stopped by for a drink, and it reminds you why you keep going.

Founded by Trang Pham, a woman- and veteran-owned business leader, The Egg Roll Ladies brings bold, Asian-inspired flavors to the community, while making an even bigger impact beyond the kitchen.

From food truck pop-ups and catering across Central Iowa, this business was built on hard work, resilience, and a mission to bring people together through food.
