Pumpkin Bread Pudding! It looks disgusting, but it's delicious. I actually followed the recipe, and in typical Lainey style, still managed to mess it up somehow. It took twice as long to bake! To make up for its looks, I drizzled on a cream cheese sauce and topped it with whipped cream and a little flaky salt.

Sean built a potato tower and I just went to peek at how it was doing. Friends, I was not prepared. 😳 This potato monster is almost as big as my head!
