What an absolutely incredible and unforgettable blessing to experience the foods of Ciudad de Mexico, Xochimilco, and Coyoacan. I haven't even scratched the surface and this reel in no way does the phenomenal and exquisite gastronomy of Mexico justice. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฝ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿฝ

Nearly fifty percent 50% of the Latino population is either diabetic or pre diabetic. Especially for those of us with aging parents. This is a great recipe for breakfast meal prepping that's low carb and that you can serve with keto tortillas!

Chilaquiles hechos con tortilla frita de maize azul, con Mole Negro y Chorizo Oaxaqueรฑo, garnished with chapulines, queso fresco, cebolla roja en vinagre, and hoja santa. First time cooking with Mole Negro paste from Oaxaca. This dish turned out sooo bomb ๐Ÿ’ฃ! Definitely gonna play with the presentation a bit...but flavors are ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฝ๐Ÿฝ
