Unfortunately we’ve encountered an issue with the espresso machine at Einsteins. Service has been requested but we have no timeline on when they will arrive. Until the machine is repaired, all coffee drinks will have to be made with brewed coffee. Please share!

We’ve received some feedback about our waffle batter tasting off from some students, so a friendly reminder. The Avoiding Gluten pantry features products that are safe for our gluten sensitive guests. The waffle batter at this station is made from rice and corn flours, so it won’t taste like the waffles made at the regular Pantry, which is on the opposite side of the dining hall. The same with the bread, muffins and cookies at this station. All contain no gluten

Falcon Foods wants to welcome our students back to campus and share some changes to the dining hall. The dining hall will be closed Monday-Friday from 2p-4:30p but dinner will be extended until 8:30p (no change to weekends). The grill has been refreshed to offer more rotating specialties. Grilled chicken is available on Saturday and Sunday night, but during the week grilled chicken is available at Tu Taco or Pom&Honey. The deli has been expanded for fall and the buffet line menu has been changed to Chartwells Performance Circle, offering recipes geared towards athletic nutrition, and will also include vegan and vegetarian options at each meal period. The Avoiding Gluten pantry offers students with gluten allergies a safe place for waffles, bread, muffins, cereals and cookies that are gluten free, with dedicated cooking equipment
