For fall break Monday, Einsteins will be closed so that maintenance can make repairs to the equipment that has been forcing us go close periodically. Bojangles will open at 10 Monday, Freddie’s will be open regular hours

Einsteins is closing for the rest of today because of an equipment issue. We apologize for the inconvenience but are erring on the cautious side with student and staff safety. We should reopen tomorrow normal hours.

One of our 2 giant ice makers in the CAF has died. Repairs made by campus maintenance have not worked and a new machine has been ordered. Until it arrives and can be installed we may run low on ice during peak serving times

Chef Jim Sabiruddin joined our team September 8th as our new campus executive chef. Chef Jim brings a wealth of culinary knowledge to our team, having served most recently as the executive chef at Highlands College. Look for an exciting changes to our residential dining program under his leadership!

Due to the amount of trees down on campus blocking access for our staff, and the delayed opening of the university, Einsteins will delay opening until 8:30AM Wednesday the 23rd. The dining hall will be open regular hours
