Well…I am curious if anyone else has ever heard of such a thing….
Now I’ve been farming for oh, let’s just say a lot of years now and been around all sorts of animal species. It’s not that often that I find myself saying “well, I’ve never seen that before “ or “ well, I never thought that would happen “
And yet, here I am. So there’s a group of crows that have been stealing my duck’s eggs!! Yes, you read that correctly. I have yet to catch them on camera but they are doing it. One of them just flew past the living room window with an egg in its beak and by the time I got to the duck house another was flying away with one too🐦⬛🐦⬛
I do plan to now cover the top of the ducks outside area by their house soon. What I’m wondering is will they just start going into the main barn where some of the chickens are and take their eggs instead????
There is always something to contend with 🫤
