This has got to be one of my most recent and favorite orders that I've ever done! I had the privilege to make a burnt almond tort with fresh pastry cream frosted with an almond buttercream and sweet toasted almonds. They also ordered an Oreo cheesecake. I had such a blast making this! I hope to be able to make a tort in the near future again!

Last week I made my very first ever wedding cake for a very special couple. Mr. and Mrs. Clemmons thank you for trusting me to fulfill this order for your wedding. I had a blast making it, and I'm very proud of how it turned out. The wedding cake was peach cobbler flavored. It had spiced cake layers filled with a fresh peach compote and brown sugar streusel crumbs. The icing was Swiss meringue buttercream that piped and frosted beautifully. Decorated with flowers coming up the tiers of the cake. I truly enjoyed every second putting this order together.
They also ordered a dozen pineapple coconut cupcakes that were filled with a pineapple coconut compote. Topped with Swiss meringue buttercream and toasted coconut pieces. A dozen peach cobbler cupcakes that had the peach compote, Swiss meringue buttercream, and brown sugar streusel on top. A dozen of assorted chocolate and vanilla cupcakes that I didn't get a picture of unfortunately. Last but not least, sugar cookies with a print of their initials on them. Thank you guys so much again for letting me do this, and I'm so excited to see what the Lord does in your lives!!

Just a little bit of what I've been up to recently. Thank you so much Michelle for trusting me and giving me the honor to make 4 dozen cupcakes for your daughter's second birthday! These were all so fun to make!! I also had a separate Red Velvet cupcake order, and some macarons.

The cupcakes made were:

The blue macarons were cake batter flavored
The gold macarons were biscoff/cookie butter flavored
