Do you have a middle schooler who wants to learn more about cooking, try new foods, and build meaningful relationships? Good news - registration for Nutrition Buddies is now open! 🧑‍🍳🍽️

This FREE cooking program connects middle school age kids (ages 11 -14) with Resident Physicians for 5 weeks of hands-on cooking classes and farm activities. Each youth participant is paired with their own Resident Physician "buddy" throughout the program. Residents and "buddies" co-learn culinary skills while developing a strong relationship. All participants (residents and youth) receive free, weekly produce boxes during the program.

Vegetable sale at the farm! Stop by McLaughlin grows (175 E Larch Ave) from 9am to 3pm, today Sunday June 14th. We have Salad mix, Arugula, Head Lettuce, Garlic Scapes, Swiss Chard, Curly Kale, Dino Kale, Collard Greens, Radishes, and Turnips! Cash only, limited quantities!

We're only two weeks away from the first session of Sprouts Mini Camp! Few spots remain so sign up today, discounted pricing when you sign up with a sibling or buddy.

Campers will spend time outdoors doing hands-on activities, including planting in the Education Hoophouse, packing a farm share to take home, making fresh-pressed juice, and making pickles with farm produce! Campers will develop teamwork skills, connect with nature, and taste lots of fresh veggies!
