Shiso microgreens flavor profile:

* 🌿 Herbaceous & fresh
* 🍋 Citrusy, often with a lemon/orange-like note
* 🌱 Minty and slightly cooling
* 🌶️ Peppery, with a mild spicy edge
* 🌸 Aromatic/floral, especially in purple shiso
* 🌰 cinnamon/anise-like character

1.Terminating beds. Covering and letting the Texas August sun do its thang. Kills everything. Gets beds ready for fall “spring” crops and fall crops.
2.Catching water leaks. Rodents are thirsty so they chew through irrigation lines.
3. Still pulling noodle beans!
August is grueling but there’s a beauty in putting beds to bed for several weeks. We know future us will appreciate the blistering August days we worked through to get beds ready.
