Similar to ceviche, this is 🇵🇭 kinilaw. Get the freshest seafood you can find.

💛 With K**i Chili Oil and sweet ripe mango thrown in for extra lovin’

🤌🏽 Marinate raw seafood in vinegar, calamansi or lime, grated ginger, lots of red onion, chili pepper. Coconut milk optional. Let sit for 30 minutes to a couple hours. Salt/pepper to taste.
