BARONS DE ROTHSCHILD ROSÉ

$64.99

A rosé Champagne of remarkable finesse from one of the most storied names in fine wine. Elegant, precise, and unmistakably Rothschild in style.

A chardonnay-dominant rosé — 94% Côtes des Blancs chardonnay with 6% Ambonnay pinot noir red wine — giving it rare delicacy and depth.

Flavor & Aroma: Wildflower honey, sliced apple, fresh biscuit, and a whisper of chalk. Silky and fresh on the palate with fine, persistent bubbles and a graceful finish.
Food Pairings: Oysters, seared scallops, salmon tartare, soft cheeses, or fresh berries with cream.

Vega Sicilia Único Gran Reserva, 2026 Release — $589.99

Three vintages, one bottle. Ribera del Duero’s most storied house blends its 2011, 2012, and 2014 harvests into a wine that feels finished in a way single-vintage bottlings rarely do.

Blackberry leads, threaded with balsamic and fine cedar from long barrel aging. The tannins are there in abundance, but fully resolved — plush without weight, layered without noise. James Suckling scored it 99 points and called it “remarkably complete”, noting it drinks beautifully on release yet rewards patience in the cellar.

Open it tonight, or give it a decade. Both are the right answer.

Hatozaki 12 Year Old — Umeshu Cask Finish 🥃

12 years in American oak, then 6 more months resting in casks that once held umeshu, Japan’s signature plum liqueur.

The result? Rich cereal and honeyed malt on the nose, with fresh pear and apricot — finishing on a soft wave of yellow plum sweetness.

100% malt whisky. Non-chill filtered. A quietly bold take on Japanese craft.

Best enjoyed neat, on one big ice cube, or alongside sushi and aged cheese.

🍹 The Paloma: Your New Summer Go-To

The Paloma is easily one of the most underrated tequila cocktails out there—and honestly, it deserves way more love. With its crisp tequila base, bright citrus notes, and a refreshing touch of fizz, it is the absolute perfect drink for warm summer nights.
Here is how I make it:

Ingredients:
* 2 oz (50 ml) Tequila Ocho ‚Widow Jane Barrel Select‘ 2022 Tequila Anejo
* 2 tsp (10 ml) Agave syrup
* 2 tsp (10 ml) Fresh lime juice
* 2 oz (60 ml) Grapefruit juice
* Club soda (to top it off)
* Cubed ice
* Garnish: 1 lime slice
* 1 straw

🎬 How to Mix It:
1. Grab a highball glass and fill it with fresh ice.
2. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice as well.
3. Pour all the ingredients—except the club soda—into the shaker.
4. Give it a vigorous shake to get everything ice-cold.
5. Strain the mix from the shaker into your prepared glass.
6. Top it off with a splash of club soda.
7. Give it a gentle stir with a spoon.
8. Garnish with a lime slice, pop in a straw, and enjoy!
Cheers! 🥂✨
