Meet the Pink Moon Paloma, a brighter take built on Rosaluna with fresh citrus, a touch of agave, and a hint of smoke.

Just in time to celebrate Paloma Day on May 22!

Ingredients:
2 parts Mezcal Rosaluna
1 part Fresh grapefruit juice
0.5 parts Lime juice
0.5 parts Agave syrup
1 pinch of Sea salt
Garnish: Torched rosemary sprig and topped with seltzer

Preparation:
Add all ingredients to shaker, shake well, and pour into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with seltzer and a rosemary sprig for good measure.

4 parts Mezcal Rosaluna
2 parts Lime juice
1.5 parts Agave syrup

Garnish: Lime wheel and sea salt

For the agave syrup: 2 parts light agave nectar, 1 part water
