Delicious Sliders
Big flavor, easy ingredients, and perfect for any occasion.
1️⃣ Cheese Hamburger Sliders
Ingredients:
1 pack Hawaiian rolls
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
8 slices cheddar or American cheese
Pickles, ketchup, and mustard
Instructions:
Cook ground beef with onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half.
Add the beef mixture over the bottom half of the rolls.
Top with cheese.
Add pickles, ketchup, and mustard if desired.
Place the top rolls back on.
Brush with butter.
Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes, until warm and melted.
2️⃣ Roast Beef Sliders
Ingredients:
1 pack Hawaiian rolls
3 cups shredded pot roast with a little gravy
6 to 8 slices provolone, Swiss, or cheddar
Caramelized onions
Garlic butter topping
Instructions:
Slice the rolls in half.
Layer shredded roast beef on the bottom half.
Add caramelized onions.
Top with cheese.
Place the top rolls back on.
Brush with garlic butter.
Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
3️⃣ Philly Cheesesteak Sliders
Ingredients:
1 pack Hawaiian rolls
1 lb thin-sliced beef
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
6 to 8 slices provolone
2 tbsp butter or oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garlic butter topping
Instructions:
Cook beef, bell pepper, and onion in butter or oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Slice rolls in half.
Add beef mixture over the bottom half.
Top with provolone.
Place top rolls back on.
Brush with garlic butter.
Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
4️⃣ Breakfast Sliders
Ingredients:
1 pack Hawaiian rolls
8 breakfast sausage patties
8 slices bacon, cooked crispy
6 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 slices cheddar cheese
Garlic butter topping
Instructions:
Cook sausage patties and bacon.
Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
Scramble the eggs.
Slice rolls in half.
Layer sausage, eggs, bacon, and cheese.
Place top rolls back on.
Brush with garlic butter.
Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
5️⃣ Pizza Sliders
Ingredients:
1 pack Hawaiian rolls
3/4 cup pizza sauce
6 to 8 slices mozzarella
6 slices ham
12 slices pepperoni or salami
Banana peppers
Red onion
Garlic butter topping
Instructions:
Slice rolls in half.
Spread pizza sauce over the bottom half.
Layer ham, pepperoni, banana peppers, red onion, and mozzarella.
Place top rolls back on.
Brush with garlic butter.
Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
6️⃣ Chopped Italian Sub Sliders
Ingredients:
1 pack Hawaiian rolls
6 to 8 slices provolone
6 slices ham
10 slices salami
12 slices pepperoni
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup diced tomato
2 tbsp banana peppers
2 tbsp red onion, chopped
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garlic butter topping
Instructions:
Slice rolls in half.
Layer provolone, ham, salami, and pepperoni.
Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Mix lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, red onion, mayo, olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Add the chopped salad mixture on top.
Place top rolls back on and serve.
7️⃣ Ham and Cheese Sliders
Ingredients:
1 pack Hawaiian rolls
12 to 16 slices deli ham
6 to 8 slices cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
Dried parsley
Instructions:
Slice rolls in half.
Layer ham and cheddar cheese.
Place the top rolls back on.
Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and parsley.
Brush over the rolls.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
8️⃣ Tuna Melt Sliders
Ingredients:
1 can tuna, 5 oz, drained
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp finely diced onion
1 tbsp pickle relish
Salt and pepper, to taste
Pinch of paprika
2 slices sandwich bread
2 tbsp butter, softened
2 slices cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Mix tuna, mayonnaise, onion, pickle relish, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Butter the bread.
Add tuna mixture and cheddar cheese.
Cook in a skillet until golden and melted.
Slice into small slider-style pieces.
9️⃣ BBQ Chicken Sliders
Ingredients:
3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 small red onion, sliced
1 pack Hawaiian rolls
6 slices mozzarella
Butter topping
Instructions:
Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
Slice rolls in half.
Add BBQ chicken over the bottom half.
Top with red onion and mozzarella.
Place top rolls back on.
Brush with butter topping.
Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
