Denver, here we come! ✈️

Next week, Masala Gossip is heading to Newtopia Now ! We’ll be bringing our Indian Simmer Sauces and Masala Chili Crisps to Booth #1718 in the Startup CPG section August 19–20.

I can’t wait to share our bold, home-style Indian flavors, meet fellow food founders and industry friends, and connect with retailers and partners.

Spicy Roasted Veggies over Whipped Ricotta!

A cozy, flavor-packed dish featuring Masala Gossip’s Red Chili Masala Crisp, the perfect
balance of spice, crunch, and warmth!

Here’s how to make it:
• Preheat your oven to 400°F.
• Cube 5–6 baby potatoes, toss them with 2 tsp Masala Gossip Red Chili Masala Crisp, and bake for 15 mins with garlic cloves.
• Add diced bell pepper, red onion, and sliced zucchini. Toss again with 2–3 tsp more
Red Chili Masala Crisp. Roast for another 20 mins.
• While that roasts, blend together ricotta cheese, chili, garlic, olive oil, maple syrup, lemon juice, cilantro, salt & pepper, until smooth and creamy.
• Spread that dreamy, whipped ricotta on a plate, top with the hot roasted veggies, and
dig in!

Tip: Best enjoyed warm, with an extra drizzle of Masala Gossip Red Chili Masala Crisp for a spicy finish.
