There's something NEW on the DockBox meal kit menu... Pink Shrimp Chilaquiles! Each kit serves two and comes fully pre-portioned, so there’s no guesswork, no waste, and no extra prep. This brunch favorite features delicate Oregon pink shrimp, paired with crispy fried tortilla chips that soak up a rich salsa ranchera made with guajillo chiles. It’s layered with queso fresco, fresh whole eggs, and finished with bright, herbaceous avocado-cilantro sauce. Top with sliced red onion, fresh cilantro, and crisp radish for contrast and crunch.

Chinook Salmon Dinner
Our classic wild Chinook salmon dinner for two, featuring a 5 oz portion of salmon per person served alongside linguini and a saffron tomato sauce. The dish comes with a seasonal vegetable mix including carrot, broccoli, celery, bell pepper, zucchini, red onion, and kale, finished with herb paste, poblano pepper, Oregonzola cheese, and fresh parsley and green onion.

Moqueca de Peixe (Brazilian Seafood Stew)
A vibrant Brazilian style seafood stew with Oregon rockfish, Dungeness crab meat, and Weathervane scallops in a fragrant green curry and coconut milk broth. Finished with roasted mushrooms, tomatoes, onion, red bell pepper, fresh herbs, herb paste, and lime.

Rockfish Tacos with Mango Pico
Cajun spiced rockfish served taco style with mango tomato pico de gallo, avocado salsa verde, cotija cheese, radish, and lime on corn tortillas. Two tacos per person.

This fast one-pan noodle bowl is the perfect coupling of bold flavor and winter comfort. Wild prawns are tossed with red pepper, onion, celery, broccoli, roasted zucchini, and mushrooms, then finished with yakisoba noodles in a glossy Kung Pao sauce made with soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, black rice vinegar, chile garlic, and just enough heat. Peanuts add crunch, green onion and sesame seeds bring freshness, and jalapeños let you dial the spice exactly where you want it.

Each serving includes six wild prawns per person and everything you need to pull it together quickly at home. Big flavor, minimal prep, and peak winter seafood energy.
