Two of the staples in our hoagie lineup are the 7-inch French Hinged and the 8-inch Italian Hinged.

Both are great choices for hot or cold sandwiches, from a Philly cheesesteak to a classic turkey sandwich. The French Hinged offers a slightly crispier crust, while the Italian Hinged has a softer bite. Two different products, each designed to fit a different preference.
