demo day with Chef John Dahlstrom was 🔥🔥

John taught us how to test when your stainless steel pan is the perfect temp for non-stick cooking, how to clean and maintain carbon steel and sooo many other tips. All while whipping up strawberry Nuoc Cham glazed flank steak 🥩 🍓

Our next Toasty Takeover is with the O'Fallon Fire Department! This one was near and dear to our hearts❤️ The OFD has a tremendous crew who not only risk their lives for ours but do a ton of work educating and supporting the community in any way they can!

Every bit of their resources goes towards many important things, so kitchen tools often don't make the list. While we were so warmed to be able to provide them with a few items, their kitchen is still lacking several quality kitchen tools...

SO! If anyone is interested in donating NEW items to OFD, stop by the store and ask to see our OFD wish list. Anything purchased for the OFD will receive 30% off that item. We also have fillable note cards if you wish to leave them a note of appreciation, and we will deliver all donations❤️🔥
