One of my favorite dinners. When I was on Keto, in my past life, this recipe was a go to weekly. I make these into egg rolls sometimes and fry them in the air-fryer..Throw together an easy sweet and sour sauce and you have an amazing, economical ,fast meal or appetizer with no oven!
