Earlier this month, our Horizons class brought together team members from ICS, Keefe Group, Trinity Services Group, and our Call Center at our Corporate Office in St. Louis for two days of learning and connection. We also enjoyed hearing from Jason Morris, Courtesy COO, who stopped by to share some of TKC's history and insights from his time with the company.

Over the past four years, Nickie has advanced through multiple roles, starting as a Cook in 2022 before becoming an Acting Food Service Director, Food Service Director, Senior Food Service Director, and most recently, General Manager. Each step along the way brought new challenges, learning opportunities, and the chance to develop as a leader.

Nickie credits her success to hard work, a willingness to learn, and never being afraid to step outside her comfort zone. "Whenever I mastered one skill or responsibility, I would ask to learn something new. That mindset helped me continue growing and creating new opportunities for myself within the company."
