This stud will never not be on my favorites list.

Ol Hondo here, he got us out of quite a pickle the other day. Hes been babysitting the young c**ts this year when the fire hit loomis. It was a quick trip for the pasture is an hour and a half away. We only had time to load up fire equipment and no other gear like my saddle ect. We get up to where the pasture is, smoke is thick, hondo and c**ts where close to the road down low. Got the trailer backed to the corral. Hondo was right there meeting us. I think he knew it was time to go. The young c**ts where confused running in circles, I caught Hondo jumped on ba****ck in a halter, he hasn't been rode in over a year. Made our way to the c**ts, they where spooked, got them all lined out and headed in the right direction when a mama black bear came running off the hillside. Mike Kelly who lives up there told me about her and her 2 cubs. Im not sure if she was confused by the smoke or looking for her babies, all I know she scared us all. Colts scattered thankfully Hondo kept his cool. Mama bear was on the move and didnt stick around. Regathered the c**ts, had them lined out again it was touch and go. Finally the c**ts worked their way in to the corral. Loaded the poor kids. Luke and Megan came up about then. We did a quick run through the house gathered what we could and off that mountain we went. I guess what this story is about, good breeding, training, and horsemanship can get you out of a lot of pickles.
