We will be at the Bird Post Marketplace tomorrow 10am-3pm with lots of goodies for Father's Day. The list below are the packages of steaks we are bringing in the market freezer.

In addition, I will be bringing slices of lemon cheesecake, chocolate marble cheesecake, lemon blueberry scones, mexican wedding cookies, banana nut bread, and vegetables from my garden.

Come support us this weekend and get something your father/husband would love! And, yes, fur babies do make you a parent. That is definitely an excuse to treat yourself. ❤️

Wooohoo!! We are at the Alice Farmers Market from 9-1 today. We have chocolate truffle pies, banana nut bread, sandwich bread, Mexican wedding cookies, and garden veggies. We have beef, pork, chicken, and quail.

I used 3lbs of beef stew and slow cooked it in the oven, wrapped in parchment paper and then aluminum foil @350°F for a good 2 hrs. Meat came out so tender and juicy. Shredded it and mashed 16oz of cream cheese and a good amout of mozzarella, fried in the lard from our pigs, and wrapped it up in raw tortillas to make homemade beef flautas! Husband is most pleased!

Really happy how these strawberry cheesecakes came out. I cut fresh strawberries and drizzled them in fresh strawberry sauce. Was it a lot of work? Yes, but the cheesecakes are becoming a really big favorite. I'll have 4 boxes of lemon cheesecake, 8 boxes of strawberry cheesecake(both will be in the market fridge), mexican wedding cookies, and lemon blueberry scones. All I have left to do is add some homemade whipped cream on the side, but I have to wait for the syrup to cool.

I'll have them available 10am-3pm at The Post in Orange grove tomorrow. Don't forget to bring a freezer bag for some awesome local chicken, beef, and pork for a mother's day dinner. Nothing else says I love you more than getting her a treat that wont slow that mommy down! 💪 Fresh, nutritious, and delicious!!

We're headed to Under the Moon Market today 5pm-10pm. For this market, beef, pork, and chicken will be available for purchase. Packages and their total package price will be listed in the photo, so feel free to select which package you want. However, it is a first come/first serve.

It pairs greatly with pancakes, cookies, hot beverages, oatmeal, etc.
