Vegan funfetti edible cookie dough 🍪
This cookie dough is everything you love about sneaking a spoonful straight from the bowl. Made completely vegan and safe to enjoy by the scoop.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup non-dairy butter
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon non-dairy milk
1/2 teaspoon Amoretti® Vanilla Bean Paste
1 teaspoon Amoretti® Birthday Cake Artisan
1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour (heat treated)
1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles
1/3 cup non-dairy white chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
-Add non-dairy butter, sugar and salt to a large mixing bowl and combine until fluffy.
-Add non-dairy milk, Amoretti® Vanilla Bean Paste, Amoretti® Birthday Cake Artisan and combine.
-Slowly add in heat-treated flour and mix together.
-Add sprinkles and non-dairy white chocolate chips and gently fold into dough.
-Freeze for 15 minutes.
-Remove from freezer, serve it up, and enjoy!
