Dawn to dusk with the livestock team as the ranch settles into fall. There have been early mornings moving cattle and evenings watching the flock climb the hill with the dust flying. 🌄

🦃 Thanksgiving starts on the pasture!

Our pasture-raised Thanksgiving turkeys are back for the sixth year! Raised on certified organic pastures at Paicines Ranch, our broad-breasted turkeys are thoughtfully raised to bring delicious, nutritious food to your holiday table.

🍂 Turkey Details:
• 10–22 pounds
• $10 per pound
• Plan for 1.25 pounds per guest (with plenty of leftovers!)

Our turkeys come frozen, with convenient pickup options the week before Thanksgiving.

Good books, great conversation, a delicious lunch, and beautiful ranch views—what better way to spend a Thursday afternoon?

Our Paicines Ranch Book Club meets at 1:00 PM on the second Thursday of each month at The Overlook, and we’d love for you to join us!

🍽️ Come early and join us for Thursday Lunch!
Lunch begins as early as 11:30 AM, giving you plenty of time to enjoy a meal at The Overlook before Book Club begins. Thursday Lunch tickets are available through the link in our bio.

Join us Thursday, October 1 for a special Fair Welcome Dinner & Private Concert at The Overlook!

We’ll start the evening on the patio with cocktails, charcuterie, ranch views, and a raffle benefiting Visit San Benito. Then settle in for dinner and an intimate private concert featuring Grammy-nominated Gary Allegretto—an incredible harmonica player, singer, songwriter, and storyteller blending country, blues, and Western music.

🌕 Harvest Moon Dinner & Guided Vineyard Walk | September 26
Enjoy dinner at The Overlook, followed by an optional moonlit walk to the vineyard under the Harvest Moon—or stay cozy on the patio with a glass of w**e and take in the view.

🎶 Fair Welcome Dinner & Private Concert | October 1
