JT Cattle is based in Bastrop County raising cattle for replacement females, show heifers, and custom beef. Justin and Tiffany have both been in the cattle business all their lives. Justin, a native from Skiatook Oklahoma, raises, sells, and works on ranches as a way of life. He has been a part of both the commercial and registered cattle industry from childhood to present day. Flatonia Texas just as well raises and sells replacement females, commercial show heifers, and custom beef from farm to table. It is no wonder the two have become a great pair and are making their mark in the beef business. We believe that in today’s world and economy it is vital to know you are getting exactly what you are buying. There are absolutely no hormones or antibiotics used. We stand behind our beef whether it's farm to table, fed out to show, or put to pasture for production. Our herd consists of Hereford, Angus and Brahman cows bred to Hereford, Angus and Brahman bulls. Our bulls are selected by their performance records including the highest scanning ribeye at the national level, structural soundness/conformation, expected progeny, acclimation to environment, and docility. Traits we strive to achieve in our cows include milking ability, udder quality, calving ease, conformation, desired meat genetics and disposition. Anytime you combine healthy, docile and quality meat genetics, you are guaranteed satisfaction and unremarkable taste and flavor as well as proper growth and development for optimal longevity.

Happy Spring! It's been a while since we have posted anything however we have had a lot going on and trying to keep up with FB simply has not been at the top of the priority list.
We are very blessed and so appreciative of each one of our customers. Our Saturdays at Texas Farmers' Market at Bell have been very busy and we are selling out of a lot of cuts early due to our great number of pre-orders. If there is anything you would like or need please text or call ahead. With Easter around the corner it's best to let us know now so we can make sure we have exactly what you need!
