Thank you for all the fathers …

You can plan, you can pray, you can try to have everything figured out… but life still finds a way to throw you a curveball when you least expect it.

I’ve always tried to put God first, along with my family , and myself last. I’m the one who says, “I got it.” I’m the one who says, “Here, I got you.” I’m the one who carries the weight, even when it gets heavy.

I am the one who is happy just to see you smile first.
I am the one who would rather take the pain before watching you hurt.
I am the one who says, “I don’t need it, as long as you have it.”
I am the one who goes last, just so you can go first.

I am honored to be that father.
I am that person who loves quietly, gives fully, and keeps standing even when life gets hard.

Because at the end of the day, your happiness is what makes me happy.

To all the fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, father figures, and strong men carrying more than people will ever know… You are all special and God Bless.
