I know it doesn't seem like much right now but one day it will be. 🥰
One day...hopefully in the near future, my daily posts will have a "k" behind those earnings numbers and we will be able to make our ranch payments and/or pay off our ranch debt with the income from this platform🤞We need it to happen, so I am gonna keep posting, keep dreaming, keep trying, and keep sharing my daily adventures.

Really it is that simple 🥰

ℹ️ Beef Short Ribs come from the lower rib cage (plate) and the shoulder area (chuck) of the cow, specifically ribs 1 through 5 (chuck) and 6 through 10 (plate).

The name originates from the short length of the Ribs (or the short sections they are cut into) hence the name “Short Ribs". They are also known as "Beef BBQ Ribs".
Flanken or Korean Ribs (aka cross-cut ribs) is another style of cutting short ribs, they are cut thin across the rib bones rather than between the bones. Dino Ribs come from the Short Ribs, specifically ribs 6-8 (plate) but are left 8-12 inches long.

Short Ribs offer a rich, fatty, and meaty flavor that is ideal for slow-cooking, braising or even cooked on the smoker. They are best prepared low and slow 🍽

How will you cook them to win?

1. Pick up a Lyman Ranches Beef business card when you buy your package of Short Ribs from us and get signed up (we will try to remind you 😘)
2. After cooking, photograph your Short Ribs in the most pleasing way, make sure our business card is in frame 📸

•Your Social Media info (if you have it) so we can tag you when you win.
4. You have Sept 10th-30th to purchase your Lyman Ranches Beef Short Ribs (or while supplies last). *remember we are usually only open Monday's 10am-5pm at 410 W Main Street Suite C in Payson
5. Entries must be submitted by October 1st 2026 🗓.
6. Winners will be chosen based on quality of photo; appearance of our product; most enticing and appealing look; placement/inclusion of business card.
