🚨🐄🏆 SOMEBODY GET THIS BOY A SPOTLIGHT BECAUSE COLTON JUST DID SOMETHING AWESOME!!! 🏆🐄🚨

Y’ALL!!! We have got some BIG celebrating to do over here at Critter Hill!!! 🎉❤️

Our guy COLTON had an opportunity yesterday that most kids can only dream about! He teamed up with U.S. Representative John Corbett for a special competition at the Georgia National Fair, where Colton got to step into the role of TEACHER! 👨‍🏫🐮

That’s right!! Colton was responsible for teaching his partner how to properly show a dairy cow, explaining the ins and outs of dairy showing, and sharing some of that hard-earned knowledge he’s gained from all those hours spent in the barn!

And guess what happened?!

🏆 THEY WON THE WHOLE THING!!! 🏆

Colton walked away with a SUPER COOL championship belt buckle AND a swag bag full of Georgia National Fair memorabilia!! 🤩🎁

But y’all, as awesome as that buckle is, I think the coolest part is what it represents.

Here’s a young man who took something he’s passionate about, something he’s spent countless hours learning and practicing, and had the confidence to turn around and TEACH it to someone else!

THAT is what our livestock programs are all about! ❤️

It’s not just about ribbons, banners, or buckles. It’s about raising young people who can communicate, lead, teach, and confidently share their love of agriculture with others!

And Colton, buddy, you absolutely KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!!! 💪🐄

We are SO incredibly excited for you, and we hope you wear that buckle with a whole lot of pride because you EARNED IT!!!

🐄🎡 IT’S FAIR TIME, Y’ALL!!! 🎡🐄

The cows are moving in, the decorations are going up, and our dairy families are hard at work getting ready for one of our favorite fair traditions… THE HERDSMEN COMPETITION! 🐮❤️

For those who don’t know, Herdsmen is about SO much more than just showing cows! Our dairy kids are judged on their conduct, teamwork, how clean and organized they keep their barn aisles, and the creativity and effort they put into their decorations and displays!

And let me tell y’all, this year our families are going ALL OUT! 💪🎨

We’ve got parents, siblings, and kids all pitching in to bring this year’s display to life! From decorating and building to organizing and cleaning, it’s truly a family affair! ❤️

But my favorite part of all of this isn’t the decorations, the competition, or even the candy. It’s watching these families come together to support their kids. These are the moments that make the long days, early mornings, and hard work worth every bit of it. ❤️

Today we’re celebrating a girl who will always hold an extra-special place in Critter Hill history! 💗

Our girl Maddy from the Dunkie Bunks Crew turns 17 today! 🥳🐷

Long before all the shows, distributors, bottles going across the country, and all the amazing Critter Hill kids we’ve gotten to cheer for along the way… Maddy was our VERY FIRST Critter Hill Goat Milk customer. 🥹💗

That means no matter how much Critter Hill grows, Maddy gets to forever say, “I was there FIRST!” 😂🙌

We’ve loved getting to watch her grow, work hard, love on her animals, and accomplish some pretty incredible things in the show ring. But even more than the banners and wins, we’re thankful that she and the Dunkie Bunks Crew have been part of our story from the very beginning.

This one is extra special for Critter Hill! ❤️

Our girl Maddy had herself one heck of a day at the Gilmer County Young Farmers & Alumni Livestock Show, bringing home GRAND CHAMPION MARKET BARROW!! 🏆🐷🔥

And apparently showing pigs wasn’t enough for the day! 😂 She jumped in and tried her hand at showing a lamb for a friend and walked away with 3rd place! 🐑🥉 Not too shabby for switching species!

But here’s why celebrating Maddy hits a little differently for us…

Okay, Gabby… I SEE YOU! 👀🐷💕

While Gabby was hanging out at Critter Hill, she didn’t just wash and walk Munchie and Mango — she jumped right in and helped whip break little Sky!

Y’all, this girl has only ever shown ONE pig, but you sure wouldn’t know it watching her. She stepped in like she’d been doing it forever! 🙌

What impressed me most wasn’t just how naturally she handled Sky — it was how kind, patient, and gentle she was with her. Sky is still learning, and Gabby gave her the time and encouragement she needed without ever getting frustrated. 🥹❤️

That’s the kind of stockmanship I LOVE seeing in our Critter Hill Kids.

Gabby may be planning for her first real summer show season in 2027, but I have a feeling this girl is going to fit right in. 😉

And little Sky got herself a pretty good lesson from a pretty special girl! 🐷💕

I think somebody caught the show pig bug! 🐷😂💕

Our friend Gabby fell in love with show pigs last winter, and apparently there’s no going back now! She’s already a Critter Hill Kid, loved using our products last season, and has decided she wants to try her hand at the Summer 2027 show season! 🙌

So naturally, she came out to Critter Hill Farm to get a little practice in. She helped wash pigs, grabbed a whip, and spent some time walking Munchie & Mango — and just LOOK at that smile! 🥹🐷

I’m not sure who had more fun… Gabby or the pigs! 😂 She was absolutely tickled to death just getting to “play pigs” for the day.

We’re hoping to see a whole lot more of this girl around Critter Hill next summer, and we cannot WAIT to watch her show-pig journey begin! 💕🐷

Once that show pig bug bites you… you’re done for. 😂
