We could make our tiramisù for less. But we choose not to. 🤎

There’s always a cheaper option.
A different mascarpone. A shortcut here. A different ingredient there.

But at CAPYFRESH, we believe the ingredients matter.

From creamy Italian mascarpone and homemade ladyfingers to fresh eggs, quality coffee, and the little details that make every bite taste homemade, we choose every ingredient with intention.

Could we cut costs? Absolutely.
But that would mean compromising on the one thing we care about most:

how our tiramisù tastes.

Whether you pick up a cup at the farmers market, order a tray for your family, or choose CAPYFRESH for your wedding or special event, we want you to taste the difference.

Freshly made.
Premium ingredients.
No unnecessary shortcuts.
Just really good tiramisù. 🤎

And when someone tells us,
“This is the best tiramisù I’ve ever had…”

That’s exactly why we do it. ✨

CAPYFRESH
Finally, a family-friendly fresh fix. 🤎

I haven’t been able to share much content this week because my parents have been visiting. ❤️

My mom is my biggest inspiration and the person I learned so much of my cooking from, so having them here has been incredibly special. It meant so much to have them see Capyfresh , experience this little business I’ve been building, and, of course, taste my tiramisù! 🥹🤎

Feeling extra grateful for family, food, and this journey. ✨
