A little story behind one of our newest IPA names. Bray Hill IPA is named after one of the most iconic sections of the Isle of Man TT course. We were lucky enough to experience the IOM TT this past weekend and even meet one of the TT legends, Michael Dunlop.

Excited to officially welcome Jack as our new Head Brewer.

Jack is a born and bred Austinite. He got his start brewing at home with his Dad, which soon blossomed into a professional career. Jack cut his teeth at the likes of Oskar Blues and Live Oak before coming to Prost Alehouse. He is known for making thoughtful and traditional Continental styles while also embracing the newest ingredients and techniques that push the envelope of what beer can be.
