Ube is more than just an ingredient in my kitchen, it is the heart and soul of my kakanin, breads, and desserts. Its naturally vibrant purple color instantly brings life and beauty to every creation, making each piece not only delicious but visually memorable. In my kakanin, ube adds depth and tradition, connecting each bite to Filipino heritage and comforting, familiar tastes. In breads, it transforms soft, simple dough into something special, fragrant, flavorful, and indulgent. And in desserts, ube becomes the star, delivering a creamy, luscious experience that feels both nostalgic and unique. For me, ube is not just a flavor, it is the signature that defines my creations. It represents culture, creativity, and the love I put into every product I make.

From Starbucks drinks to social media influencers' posts, the vibrant purple tuber is everywhere. Take a look at how ube is used and where to get it. See link below ⬇️

Made with our left over brisket from St. Patrick’s corned beef & cabbage dinner. I always make sure nothing goes to waste so this is how it came out after I cooked with potato & carrots using my own blend of spices.

Marinated chicken in pineapple juice then cook with potatoes, carrots, bell peppers and top with pineapple chunks. It came out creamy because of the added milk at the end of the cooking.
