I’m being so dramatic but serious when I say this, but I don’t think I’ll emotionally recover from finding this masterpiece of a jumpsuit 😭😭😭❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥🍅🍅🍅🍅

Hi, I’m Ana. 🤍

I’m the human behind The Golden Hour Table — and probably the person you’re going to be talking to a lot when you book with me!!

I’m a little messy. I talk with my hands. I will absolutely get distracted talking about food. I have strong opinions about butter. And there’s a pretty good chance I’ll show up smelling like a waffle cone, depending on what I’ve been cooking that day.

I love talking food with people. I love figuring out what sounds good, making a menu out of it, and then watching everyone actually sit down and enjoy it.

I cook private dinners, cater, cook for retreats, do meal prep, host dinners — basically, I’ve found a lot of different ways to make a living feeding people.

But if you’re going to work with me, you’re getting me too. The chef coat, the chaos, the random food facts, the probably-too-many questions about what you like to eat, all of it.

So if you’re new here… hi.
This is me.
Welcome to The Golden Hour Table.

Hope you’re hungry ❤️

That’s really what this past week has reminded me.

I can have a full calendar and still make the decision to stay home when my kid needs me.

It may make my days longer, but–

I can ask for help - even though it’s so damn hard!!

I can move things around.

I can be honest with clients when life gets a little sideways.

And I don’t have to spend the whole day beating myself up about it.

I’m still learning how to do all of this, but I’m humbled that I’m building something where being a good mom and being a good chef don’t have to compete with each other every single day.

That’s enough for me today 🤍
