FOUR INGREDIENTS. ONE COOKIE BUTTER SURPRISE. 🤎

You don’t need to make dough from scratch for this one. Refrigerated sugar cookie dough wraps around cookie butter, then gets rolled in cinnamon sugar before baking.
The little trick? Freeze the filling first so it’s easier to tuck inside.

INGREDIENTS — Makes 8 cookies
• 1 refrigerated sugar cookie dough roll (12.6 ounces)
• 1 jar cookie butter (13.4 ounces), such as Biscoff
• ¼ cup white sugar
• 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

HOW TO MAKE
1. Spoon 8 heaping dollops of cookie butter—about 2 tablespoons each—onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20 minutes.
2. Heat oven to 350°F. Line another baking sheet with parchment.
3. Cut the cookie dough into 16 even slices.
4. Place a frozen dollop on 8 slices. Cover with the remaining slices, pinch edges closed, and gently shape into balls.
5. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Roll each cookie in the mixture.
6. Bake 10–12 minutes, until the cookies begin turning golden.
7. Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving.
