Smoked Buffalo Cheddar Sausages today!

The team was hard at work this weekend and made some delicious smoked sausage for our retail case today! These guys are loaded up with Franks Red Hot and cheddar cheese before we throw them in our smoker for a few hours to deepen their flavor and color! Fully cooked and ready to eat, tangy, salty, a little spicy, and cheesy! Grab some to throw on your grill, add to Mac and cheese, or just eat on their own. We are open today until 4p, stop by and grab some!

Beef Restock Today!

Take a peek behind the scenes at our case from the Butcher’s perspective! We broke down 1.5 beef yesterday and all of your favorite cuts are ready and in stock! We have some gorgeous Dino Ribs (great for smoking), Picanha, Denver, and more. We’re all stocked up with pork today!

We got in our pork yesterday and broke it down to restock our spare ribs, tenderloins, bone in chops, shoulder, belly, and more!!! We also got a head start on our sausage and have some lovely beef and lamb merguez in the case, and we restocked our breakfast sausage in the freezer. We are busy breaking our beef down today for this week so give us a call if you need anything set aside for pickup later tonight or tomorrow. See ya!

Too warm out to cook from scratch today?

We have some super easy heat-and-eat options at the shop this week if you are looking for some shortcuts that are just as good (if not better) than doing it yourself! Our bbq beef brisket is awesome heated up and shredded or sliced with your favorite bbq sauce, and our bbq beef belly bites are awesome for a cookout or next to some Mac and cheese on a comfort food plate. We also have some great stuff from Thoma Meat Market including their smoked kielbasa, hot dogs, and meat sticks! A great way to support local while snacking. See ya!

Road work and weekday parking update!

We are jumping for joy to be open and operating during our (new) regular hours, even with the road work on Butler! Parking is currently not allowed on our block from 9a-3p on weekdays until the city finishes their update, but Tuesday-Friday after 3pm and weekends it’s fair game! We are open all weekend before Memorial Day and are super stocked up to help you feed any party guests or family you may have coming over. Parking on side streets, a block away, or just stopping by after three are all options if you are still looking to pick something up. Feel free to give us a call too and we can set something aside for you to reduce your time out running errands and get you back to having fun, see ya!

Memorial Day Sausage Mania!

We have FIVE sausages this week in the case for you all to enjoy! Regardless of what you prefer, we have something for everyone. From classics like our Hot Italian, Sweet Italian, and classic Beer Brat, to some new and less common sausages- Chipotle Cheddar and Cantina Beer Brat. Chipotle Cheddar is nice and balanced, smoky AND creamy. It’s super savory and would be awesome in burritos. The Cantina Brat is a new feature, with American pepper jack cheese, pickled red onion, cilantro, beer and a different take on our usual brat spices. Pairs great with guac and queso. First day of new hours at the shop!

Our kitchen is getting ready for all day service, making sure our delicious sandwich fillings are set for your orders today. We are so excited to be offering our sandwiches and soups from open to close, so you can get your fill for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner. Stop by, call in, or place an order online for pickup. New hours are Tuesday-Saturday 10a-6p and Sunday 10a-4p.
