Burrata is hard to improve on, but we still like to give it a few different personalities.⁠

For this station, we served three versions:⁠
• prosciutto, micro citrus greens, beets + honey⁠
• baby heirloom squash, hazelnuts, micro wasabi + infused oil⁠
• tomato, micro basil, balsamic, salt + pepper⁠
⁠

Who says you have to pick one wedding cake?⁠

For this celebration, the bride had a much more fun idea: skip the single cake and make the whole dessert table the moment. So our pastry team made the entire lineup, giving guests plenty to admire, plenty to choose from, and very good reasons to go back for another slice.⁠

• Flourless chocolate torte with chocolate ganache and fresh raspberries⁠
