This one pan mushroom cheeseburger skillet is on another level. This is the perfect weeknight meal and best of all it’s super high in protein. It’s is creamy and delicious and it will definitely be on rotation in our house because the kids devoured it! I hope you love this one.

Ingredients:
1 lb of organic ground beef
5 cloves of Garlic
1 large yellow onion
1 pack of baby Bella mushrooms
5 slices of Swiss cheese @organicvalley
1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
1/4 cup of Feta
1 tbsp of arrowroot powder ( or any thickener)
Spices: sprinkle of salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder
1/2 cup of coconut aminos
Green onions for garnish
Directions:
1. In a large pan on medium heat, add olive oil, garlic, onions, and mushrooms, cook for about 5-7 mins until onions are translucent, then add 2 tablespoons of coconut aminos.
2. Let simmer and add your Greek yogurt and feta and mix well, then add your ground beef to the same pan and add your spices and arrowroot powder ,mix and add your coconut aminos, cook on medium heat for about 10 mins or until meat is browned, add your Swiss cheese and top of pan to let melt for a couple minutes and you have a delicious meal ready in no time! Enjoy!

🫶 I started this account because I have always loved to cook and share recipes with family and friends but somehow I always knew that this is where my heart and passion belonged. This account has grown in the last 9 months more then I could have ever imagined in my wildest dreams but truly I have put everything into it and just want to keep on sharing my recipes, wellness tips and products with you all because I truly feel like it can change peoples lives. HIGH PROTEIN SRIRACHA LIME CHICKEN TAQUITOS: 🌮
These high protein chicken taquitos hit the spot every time and they are so easy to make. They are so delicious and are an easy weeknight meal or a great appetizer that everyone will love and enjoy. The best part is they are high in protein, so they keep you full and satieted.

Ingredients:
Makes 8 taquitos ( double recipe if you want more):
8 tortillas ( I used @sietefoods )
3 Chicken Thighs or rotisserie chicken ( Diced)
1 cup of greek yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons of sriracha I used @yellowbirdsauce blue agave
1 lime
1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese
Sprinkle of salt, pepper, garlic powder
Cilantro Lime Sauce:
1 cup of greek yogurt
1/2 head of cilantro
1 lime
2 tsp of white vinegar
Sprinkle of garlic powder, salt and pepper, chipotle powder
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Season your chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika, and squeeze with lime and cook on medium heat on pan for about 5 mins on each side.
3. In a large bowl add your diced chicken, greek yogurt, cheese, sriracha, lime, and spices, mix and add one spoonful of the mixture to each tortilla with some cilantro. Add to a baking dish and cook in oven for about 20 minutes or until tortillas are crispy.
4. While taquitos cook, make your cilantro lime sauce, in a blender, add all your ingredients and blend until smooth.
5. Once taquitos are crispy, remove from oven, let cool and dip in cilantro lime sauce and enjoy!

1 lb of organic ground chicken
2 cups of cooked quinoa ( I used @ancientharvest )
3 large peppers ( any color)
1 cup of greek yogurt
Spices: Salt, Pepper and garlic powder ( couple sprinkles of each)
1 tbsp sriracha ( I used @yellowbirdsauce )
1 lime
2 cups of shredded gruyere cheese ( you can use any cheese) ( I used @gruyere_aop )
Cilantro for topping
Chipotle Sauce:
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 tsp chipotle blend seasoning
Spices: garlic powder and salt
1/2 lime
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.
2. Cook your quinoa and ground chicken as preferred.
3. Remove the stem and seed of your peppers and cut them in half, set aside.
4. In a large bowl, add your cooked quinoa, cooked ground chicken, greek yogurt, spices, sriracha and lime.
5. On a baking pan, add your peppers and add two scoops to each pepper, then add your shredded cheese on each, cook in the oven on 400 for about 35- 40 mins.
6. While peppers are cooking, in a small bowl add your chipotle sauce ingredients. Once peppers are cooked and cheese is melted, remove from oven, let cool for about 10 minutes and add your sauce and cilantro and enjoy!

1 egg

2 tbsp of green onions
Greek yogurt ranch dipping sauce:
1 cup of greek yogurt
1 tsp of each: dried dill, dried chives, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1 tbsp of vinegar
3-4 tbsp water ( depends how thick you like it)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Mix all your ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
3. Use an ice cream scooper to form large balls and set on a baking sheet. Cook on 400 degrees for 35 minutes and broil at the end for added crisp.
4. Serve with more buffalo and dip in yogurt ranch dressing and enjoy!

1 lb ( 4-5 thighs) of Organic Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs ( I used @farmerfocus )
2 cups of chopped broccoli
1 small onion chopped
Spices: 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder
1 1/2 cups of Chicken Broth ( I used @fondbonebroth )
1 cup of uncooked Rice ( I used @lundbergfarms )
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 cup of Coconut aminos ( or soy sauce) ( I used @bigtreefarmsbali )
4 garlic cloves chopped
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese ( I used @rumianocheese )
Red pepper flakes ( for topping, optional but highly recommended)
Squeeze of lemon ( for topping)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Add salt pepper and garlic powder to your chicken thighs, in a medium pan on high heat add olive oil and add thighs once hot, cook thighs for 4 minutes on each side, until nice and browned. Remove thighs from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add more olive oil, add your onions, broccoli and garlic, cook for about 5 mins until onions are translucent and nice and browned. Add your rice and stir for a few minutes and then add in your coconuts aminos, spices, broth, milk and cook for about 5-7 mins, cover completely with lid or aluminum foil ( make sure it is air tight if not the rice will not cook through.
4. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes or until rice is cooked through, add cheese at the end and cook for about 5 minutes. Add red pepper flakes and a squeeze of lemon and enjoy!

2 Tbsp of Arrowroot powder (thickener) ( I used @bobsredmill )
Bang Bang Sauce:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/3 cup Sweet Chili sauce ( I used @yaisthai )
1 tbsp sriracha ( I used @yellowbirdsauce )ow
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 lemon
3 garlic cloves (diced)
Spices: 1/4 tsp Salt, pepper, onion powder
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
2. Mix all bang bang sauce ingredients in a bowl, set aside.
3. In a baking dish, add your chicken thighs, add salt, pepper and arrowroot powder. Add your sauce to cover chicken completely.
4. Cook in oven on 350 for about 70 mins ( the longer the thighs cook the juicier they get), broil at the end for about 3-4 mins until nice and brown, remove from oven and add some more sweet chili sauce on top and enjoy!

This salad is high in protein and you only need 4 ingredients and it is the most delicious salad you will ever make! The best part is you can make it all in this salad shaker and toss it once you’re done for easy clean up!

Ingredients:
1 Organic Boston Lettuce Head @hardeefresh @freshfromflorida
1/2 Lemon
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup diced organic chicken ( @farmerfocus )
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Throw all your ingredients in this salad container, shake it up and in 5 mins you have your salad and enjoy!

This High protein banana bread is a staple in my house. I have been making this recipe for years and it is truly one of my most requested recipes from all my friends and family. It is so easy to make and it is packed with protein and is just so moist and perfect. Hppe you love this one!

Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients:
1/2 cup oat flour
2 cups almond flour
2 scoops of protein powder ( 1/2 cup) @bewellbykelly )
2 tbsp of tapioca flour
1/3 cup of hemp seeds
1/2 cup of coconut sugar
1 tsp Baking powder ( @ottosnaturals
Dash of salt
Wet Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Vanilla extract
3 mashed bananas
1 egg ( I used @vitalfarms )
Frosting: ( optional)
2 - 3 tbsp of almond milk
1/2 cup organic powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. To a large bowl add your wet ingredients and mix well, then add in your dry ingredients and mix.
3. Transfer to a loaf pan, and cook on 350 for 60-70 mins, (until center is cooked through).
4. Remove from oven and let cool for about 10-15 mins before added on frosting.

Ingredients:
1 Organic Rotiesserie chicken
1 cup of Queso Fresco ( I used block)
1/2 cup Black Beans ( I used @edenfoods organic)
1/2 cup Chopped red peppers
1/2 cup of organic Corn ( I used @itsgreenvalley )
1/2 cup chopped Cilantro
1 Hass Avocado ( Diced)
Chili Lime Greek yogurt sauce:
1 cup of greek yogurt
1 Lime
1/2 tsp of Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Cumin, Chili powder
Directions:
1. In a small bowl add your ingredients for the chili lime yogurt sauce, mix and set aside.
2. In a large bowl add in all your chicken salad ingredients, mix in the yogurt sauce, squeeze more lime, salt and pepper and chili powder and enjoy with tortilla chips!

HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN WINGS: 🍗
These honey mustard chicken wings are the perfect appetizer. They are sweet and tangy and super easy to make. You only need 6 ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry. You’re going to love these!

Ingredients:
2 packs of Chicken Party Wings ( I used @farmerfocus )
Spices: 1/2 tsp of each Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder, onion powder, oregano thyme
Olive Oil
Honey Mustard Sauce:
1/2 cup of Dijion Mustard ( I used @organicville)
1/3 cup of Raw Honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Spread wings on a baking sheet with parchment paper and coat with lots of spices and olive oil. Cook in oven for 65 mins and broil for 5 mins at end to get crispy.
3. While your wings cook make your Honey Mustard Sauce and set aside.
4. Once chicken wings are ready, remove from oven pour sauces and toss them. Serve in a platter with remaining sauce and Enjoy!

Ingredients:
For the Cheesecake:
1/4 cup Cottage cheese (I used @good_culture )
1/2 cup of Coconut milk
3 frozen bananas
1 cup of Frozen Strawberries
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Maple syrup
1 lemon
Sliced Strawberries for topping
Sliced almonds for topping
For the Crust:
2 cups almond flour
3 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup of coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract and sea salt. Mix together until a thick mixture has come together.
2. Spray a square baking dish and put down a piece of parchment paper. Put crust mixture into baking dish and push down using fingers until evenly spread throughout. Put in freezer for 10 minutes.
3. In a blender add bananas, strawberries, cottage cheese, vanilla extract, maple syrup, lemon juice, coconut milk and sea salt.
4. Remove crust from fridge and add strawberry cheesecake mixture on top of crust. Garnish with fresh strawberries and sliced almonds.
5. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours, remove and cut into squares and enjoy!
