I walked past the spice shop this morning. That is usually a bad idea lol. So today’s soups are Tomato vegan and gluten free. Chilled Spanish white bean vegan and gluten free. And finally because I walked past the spice shop and they had a butter chicken spice packet. I have made butter chicken soup. It smells heavenly.

Some days I am way too pleased with myself. I had an idea for a chilled white bean soup. And I of course chatted with my niece, Jackson, and between the two of us, we came up with blended cannellini beans with jalapeño and cilantro a little olive oil and a ton of lime. It may be the best chilled Soup I’ve ever made. I will also have Tomato. Both soups are vegan and gluten free. I should get a restock of old wives tales Hungarian mushroom today. I will let you know.

Hello June! I am lightening up the Soup selections for the summer. So today I have made a light fresh creamy spring pea soup it is vegan and gluten-free. I will also have the Hungarian mushroom soup which is vegetarian and as always, my tomato vegan and gluten-free.

Today I have made Salmon Chowder. It may be the last batch till fall. But today’s weather mandated a batch.
