This is what support looks like!!! Very grateful for the love that has been shown to us consistently!!!

Every Friday, our employees gather at Coffee Snobs, conveniently located on the first floor of the Threadmill building, to share a cup of coffee and some quality time together in an event that we call Coffee Club Friday.

Today's gathering held special significance, as we met immediately following Austell's 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony. It was a poignant reminder of the importance of unity and community. Captain Allen generously treated everyone to coffee and breakfast, providing a wonderful opportunity for us to come together, reflect on the significance of the day, and strengthen the bonds that make our department and community so strong.

We are often asked about healthier options… We have a few new additions at our Austell (Threadmill Complex) location! We have salads, fresh pressed juices by Complete Body Juice Bar , and we will have her tumeric/ginger shots very soon!!!

However, BOTH OF OUR LOCATIONS are always featuring natural healing teas by Tameka Footman , delicious Keto Friendly breakfast sandwiches (2 egg patties as your bun with bacon, turkey sausage, and/or cheese); as well as, Keto friendly coffee based drinks (sugar free vanilla or sugar free hazelnut with heavy cream).

Fun fact… One of your favorite Coffee Snobs is a successful Keto Coach and published Author Lekisha Williams-Sutton (the book, Keto Uncooked: Dirty Keto Cheat Codes, can be found on Amazon)! Trust her on this one!!! Keto can be; and is DELICIOUS when done right!!! Stop on in and indulge w/o the high carb and sugar guilt!!! 🏳️‍🌈

Happy Friday our beautiful Snob Family!!! It is with a heavy heart that we’d like to share that Jay’s Father passed last week… In lieu of this; our AUSTELL Location will be closing early today (3pm) for us to hit the road to Chicago for his services tomorrow. Please keep us lifted in your kind and positive thoughts; as we navigate through these times. As always we love and appreciate you all!!! 🫶🏽

You asked, and we listened! 👂✨

So many of you reached out asking for a natural way to handle sudden heat waves, restless nights, and the hormonal roller coaster of menopause. We heard you loud and clear—and created this brand-new herbal blend specifically to bring you daily relief, cooling comfort, and peace of mind.

Say goodbye to intense hot flashes and night sweats with three powerhouse botanicals working together:

🌿 Spearmint (The Internal Cool-Down): Delivers natural cooling properties that target the frequency and intensity of hot flashes, helping reset your internal thermostat from within while soothing digestive bloat.

🍃 Ashwagandha (The Stress & Temperature Regulator): Stress spikes trigger sudden heat surges. This adaptogen regulates cortisol levels, balances mood, and calms the nervous system to help prevent temperature spikes and promote deeper sleep.

🍋 Lemon Balm (Nervous System & Night Sweat Soother): Gently eases the restlessness, tension, and rapid heartbeat that often accompany hot flashes, wrapping your body in calm relaxation.

☕ How to Sip for Maximum Relief:

Beat Daytime Flashes: Brew a batch, chill it, and pour over ice for an instant, crisp cool-down.

Soothe Night Sweats: Sip a warm cup 30–45 minutes before bed to ease into cool, uninterrupted rest.

✨ Made with love because your comfort comes first. Comment below to grab your bag and start feeling like yourself again!

💬 Drop a ❄️ in the comments if you’re ready to turn down the heat naturally!
