Due to a reservation cancellation, we currently have a limited number of boneless New York Strip steaks available. Our next batch will be going in soon and will age for the 28-day dry-aging process. Moving forward, we are transitioning to a first-come, first-served basis for all dry-aged steaks and will no longer accept reservations for them. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your continued support.
