Welcomed some new members to the ranch today, 2 steer and a young bull. Excited for these genetics!!😁 The ladies seemed very impressed, especially Ginger, she got comfortable really quick with this stud! 🤣

And all 3 of my does are baking little bundles in those wide bellies! Can't wait for baby season, just around the corner! 🥰

Weaned the last baby today, she and her besties are stalled together while the bull is here. Can't wait for these young ladies to grow and produce some awesome calves! 🙌

Come this time next year, we'll be ramping up or cattle production... stay tuned!

Livestock literally keeps you on your toes. Went out to feed this morning and Honey got herself stuck between boards. She'd been there for a bit but luckily it wasn't hot yet. 🙄 I literally had to use a saw to cut a slice out so she could get her head unstuck. This is why certain animals would die if we slept in! 🤦‍♀️ Ugh... so then I spent an hour teaching both the girls that being tied up isn't all bad. Lola is getting better but she's taught Honey some bad habits in just a week! I've got my work cut out for me.
