A delicious lamb recipe!

Light lamb kabobs:
2 lbs of ground lamb KR Ranches
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
3 tablespoons of fresh oregano, minced
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of turmeric
Black pepper
Himalayan salt
Season the lamb and add to a bamboo skewer or a reusable steel skewer. Add to a grill or grill pan. Cook on both sides until meat reads 145 degrees. Enjoy!
