Mahalo to everyone for coming out and helping us celebrate the Grand Opening of our brand new location Wailea Village in South Maui. A great many miracles have happened to manifest this in addition to all the hard work of our amazing team both at our farms and retail locations. Many Mahalos to all of our customers, vendors, and employees for your continued support. It really takes a village to create something as special magical as this. A place where people can gather to support so many local unique businesses in one location. We are now managing over 70 acres of land and have over 120 crops Certified Organic and practicing principals from many different Modalities: regenerative agriculture, biodynamic agriculture, Permaculture, we are continuing to evolve striving to become an example of vertically integrated agricultural based direct to consumer farm to fork. Generating fertilizer on the farm reducing the amount of imports, reusing and repurposing our Island-resources, turning waste products into beneficial inputs. Learning as we go thru the school hard knocks. Having successes and of course, failing forward on the regular and getting back up and trying again over and over. I truly believe we have not arrived nor will we arrive. I know there will be many more challenges that lie ahead and humbling hard work as we continue to learn the craft of growing food and sharing everything we learn along the way to help inspire and motivate the next generation to take the challenge to do the hard things and to reap the rewards of feeding our fellow humans. We could not do this without everyone of you. Personally, so grateful to be blessed to do this work everyday.
