Average hanging weight for a half pig is 100 lbs. + processing.
** Whole pig: $3.25 lb.on the hanging weight. Average hanging weight for a whole pig is 200 lbs. + processing.

We are a small family farm that strives to do our best to raise quality beef Everyday! Our beef are all- natural, hormone-free, steroid-free, and no soy fed! Our beef are mainly grass-fed, with adding steam-flaked corn the last 2 month to finish.
Customize your order of steaks, roasts, ribs, brisket(or bacon), and hamburger. Other choices include, hamburger patty’s beef summer sausage, beef hot dogs, beef bologna, beef sticks, beef brats,soup bones and organs.
We charge $3.25 lb. on the hanging weight, plus processing at Otto’s Meats (approx $1 lb. )depending on order).
